Welcome to Frescio — an aesthetic intelligence platform designed to generate presentations worthy of a gallery wall.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Frescio ("the App," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Frescio, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you don't agree, you should not use the App. We aim to keep this document straightforward and transparent.
2. What Frescio Does
Frescio provides artificial intelligence tools to help you design, structure, and generate presentation slides based on your text prompts and selected design themes. This involves cloud-based processing using advanced AI models for both text generation and image synthesis.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in some regions, such as the EU) to use Frescio. If you're using the App on behalf of a company or organization, you confirm you have authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf.
4. Your Account
To use Frescio, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate information when signing up.
- Keep your account credentials secure.
- Notify us immediately of unauthorized use. We are not responsible for any loss from your failure to safeguard your account.
5. Content Ownership and AI Generation
Your Inputs: You retain all rights to the text, brand assets, and prompts you input into Frescio. Your Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you own the presentations and images generated by Frescio based on your inputs. Our IP: Frescio retains all rights to the underlying software, UI/UX, proprietary design themes, templates, and the "Frescio" brand. AI Nature: You acknowledge that AI generation is unpredictable. Frescio may occasionally generate inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated slides before using or publishing them.
6. AI Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments
Frescio operates on a hybrid credit model. Generating content consumes "AI Credits."
- Purchases: Fees for Single Deck purchases, monthly, or annual subscriptions are disclosed at checkout.
- Credit Consumption: 1 AI Credit equals 1 AI-generated slide. Credits provided in the "Free Preview" are non-renewable.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date. Unused AI Credits in subscription plans reset at the end of the billing cycle and do not roll over.
- Overage: If you exceed your subscription's AI Credit limit, you may be subject to overage charges at the specified rate per credit.
- Refunds: Due to the high compute costs of AI generation, we do not offer refunds for consumed AI Credits or "Single Deck" one-off purchases. Subscription refunds are only provided where strictly required by law.
7. Privacy and Data
Your privacy matters deeply to us. How we collect, use, and protect your data is explained in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Frescio responsibly. Specifically, you will not:
- Use the App to generate illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit (NSFW) content.
- Generate content that infringes on third-party copyrights or trademarks.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code or AI prompts from our platform.
- Share or publish presentations that impersonate others or spread dangerous misinformation. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if we believe you're misusing the App.
9. Public Sharing (Web Links)
If you use Frescio's feature to share a presentation via a public web link, you acknowledge that the content of that presentation is accessible to anyone with the link. You are solely responsible for ensuring no confidential or sensitive data is included in publicly shared links.
10. Disclaimers
Frescio is provided "as is." While we aim for top reliability and museum-quality design, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect AI accuracy, or complete compatibility with all export formats (e.g., specific versions of PowerPoint). We disclaim all warranties—express or implied—including fitness for a particular purpose.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frescio and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (like lost profits, data loss, or ruined business pitches) arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the App during the 12 months before the incident.
