Refund Policy

1. Scope

This Refund Policy applies to payments made for Frescio subscription plans and explains when and how you may request a refund.

2. General Policy

Frescio provides digital services consumed upon activation. As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started.

3. Exceptions

  • Verified critical technical failures that prevent use of core features for more than 72 continuous hours.
  • Duplicate charges caused by a technical error.
  • Unauthorized charges after verification.
  • First-time paid subscribers may request a refund within 14 calendar days when the stated eligibility conditions are met.

4. Annual Plans

Annual subscription fees are charged upfront. Cancellations within 14 days of the annual plan start date may be eligible for a full refund subject to the first-purchase conditions.

5. Plan Changes

If you upgrade mid-cycle, unused value from the lower plan may be applied as credit toward the new plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

6. Requesting a Refund

Email billing@frescio.app with the subject Refund Request, your account email, charge date, amount, and reason.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Accounts may be suspended while a chargeback is being resolved.

8. Policy Changes

We may modify this Refund Policy. The policy in effect at the time of purchase governs refund eligibility.
